Job Description

We, Cantop Tours & Travel, are the leading travel service company in British Columbia. Now we are seeking new team members to join our team. We have several opening positions to hire.

Ticketing Agent

Main duties:

  • Issue air ticket for customers;
  • Answering phones and consult customers on the phone;
  • Book the tickets, hotels and other travel products;
  • Assist manager and marketing officer for administration duties;

Qualifications:

Completion of high-school is required;

– Completion of college program related to travel management or hospitality is an asset;

Good English (Speaking and Writing) language skill is required

Working hours: 30~40 hours weekly

Customer Service Supervisor

Main duties:

  • Oversee the company service operation and supervise customer service clerks to ensure that they provide appropriate customer service, customer consulting and giving appropriate advises; assign duties to customer service clerks;
  • Train customer service clerks for consulting, computer systems and customer service skills;
  • Answer customer inquiries, give them consultations for their travel plans and make a reservations and ticket booking;
  • Solve customer complaints, and change their travel plans or packages if necessary;
  • Report customer clerks’ performance evaluation to the manager to review;

Qualifications:

6 months or more experience in customer service or related experience is required (experience in hospitality or travel field is preferred);

Completion of college diploma or university degree is required;

If candidate has no college diploma, candidates must prove minimum secondary school credential with least 2 years of experience in customer service field.

Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week

Administrative Supervisor

Main duties:

  • Supervise administrative clerks and evaluate their performance;
  • Train & discipline administrative clerks and make report to the manager;
  • File, organize and prepare documents;
  • Manage information, documents, history and other information in the company system;
  • Review documents and correct errors;
  • Administer transactions and conveyance;
  • Ensure all documents are received for cases;

Qualifications:

6 months or more experience in administrative experience is required;

Completion of college diploma or university degree is required;

If candidate has no college diploma, candidates must prove minimum secondary school credential with least 2 years of administrative experience.

Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week
