  • Oversee and manage ordering; ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with Company’s standards and policies
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment by effectively managing hiring/training
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; provide necessary support and training to all the staffs
  • Manage customer service feedback and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. Foster and project a sense of urgency with each and every order efficiently and to provide quality and fresh products up to company standards
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation; promote company products; consistently uses suggestive selling and up-selling techniques in order to boost restaurant sales and increase guest satisfaction
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures and handle deposits
  • Order supplies and ensure good communication with suppliers;
  • Organize stock and equipment; Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the company’s preventative maintenance programs
  • Prepare all important paper work including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Responsible to handle emergencies, customer complaints and queries, equipment problems or staff problems

Must have completed high school

Minimum one year of supervisory experience in food chain stores

Have an upbeat attitude;

Team player; Be responsible and accountable

Good attention to detail and takes personal pride in all that you do

Have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist

Proficient on a computer; familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word,

Posit-ouch and DI develop

Must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, late-night hours and statutory holidays

Well-organized with excellent time management

Problem-solving skills and customer-savvy
